This app is Job Portal for our website www.seajob.net .Using this app candidate can register themselves and search according to their ranks and the type of ships.
We require user Personal Informations also such as Email ,Gender, Date of Birth and Phone Number.
Email ID: It will be helpful in order to send any Job Offers to the customers email id
Phone Numbers: It will be helpful to contact customer in case of any urgent job requirement or specification.
Birth Date: It will be helpful to track the age of the customer so that to fulfil the Job Age Requirements for some companies.
Gender: It will be helpful to specify and filter the customer on basis of their gender and help recruiters to get the efficient candidates. This will be useful for gender specifications for the job proposal.
We have removed Gender, Date of Birth, Marital status from the mandatory fields, Email is still mandatory , we need that to contact the person.
